DPLink wants to build long-term business relationship with its customers. The products available for purchase on our web site are downloadable, functional, and try-before-you-buy. We provide free trial periods to let you fully evaluate our products before you make a purchase decision.

Refund Ratio:-Refund amount pay back to the costomer deduct 7% Amount on purchased amount (Rs.6000/-) Within 15 working days.

Please use the trial period to make sure that the software meets your needs before purchasing a license. All of our software is functional during the trial period. None of our software requires registration to enable its primary functionality.

If you purchase one of our products, after your payment has cleared your license to use the software will be activated. Once the license is activated, no refunds will be given. We have this policy since it would be impossible for you to return your registered version of our software. During your trial period, our support staff is available to assist in installation and configuration via email or telephone. We strongly recommend that all customers download, install, and test the trial version of any product prior to making a purchase. therefore we use to follow a liberal cancellation/termination policy under the following conditions:

No cancellation are permitted for those products/services that the OopscodeInfotech Pvt.Ltd. marketing team has obtained during promotional offers or on special occasions/events like Month end offers, Diwali, Halloweens, Christmas, New year etc. Due to occasional offerings for limited period the cancellations are not possible.

No refund will be made once a purchase is made. Its up the customer purchasing the product to evaluate a fit of the product during the trial period. Once purchase is made, its non-refundable and non-transferable.

The cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 1 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants/execution team and they have initiated the process of shipping/working on their own level.

Any interruption in service due to any third party such as website hosting, server, images, content writing etc, Our Company will not be responsible at all. Any efforts DPLink has to put while coordinating/liaisoning with them has to be paid as per the agreed rate of the company.

Refund Policy

The money back policy is not applicable in the DPLink, so if you buy any product or subscribe for any service our company does not offer any money back policy. But in case you are not satisfied with our products or services you can notify the same to our customer service within next 12 hours of receiving the product. The customer service team will be responsible to take your consideration into mind and take appropriate action to rectify the error and improve our service.

In case of our SEO/SEM services, we have flexible payment plans as per the agreed terms & conditions in which a customer can make next month payments after reviewing the performance of the previous work. However, due to the nature of the business, SEO companies including our company we cannot offer guarantee of targeted rankings/traffic/sales. You can make your next payment for a new project after satisfying with our current service and performance of work.

Due to the nature of its services, DPLink does not guarantee any refunds upon cancellation. In case of monthly payment, it is understood that payment for next month is released only after reviewing the current month's performance. DPLink does not make any guarantees on the basis of traffic/rankings etc. and will not be held responsible for any refund claims thereof.
